TRABATTELLO NORMA UNI EN 1004

The METAL5 PROFESSIONAL scaffolding (PROMOTIONAL WITH COMPLETE WORKTOP WITH HATCH AND 4 STABILIZING RODS) was designed and built according to the best robustness criteria and was designed mainly for professionals who need to carry out work at a high height with maximum comfort and security. The scaffolding model M5 is entirely built in galvanized steel and its basic dimensions are mt. 2.00 x 1.10 The heights vary from mt. 1.90 up to 14.30 meters clearly anchored to a fixed structure or to a facade every 2 outwards according to Legislative Decree 81/08. The M5 scaffolding can reach a maximum height indoors up to 12.00 meters. and in outdoor environments up to 8.00 m. without anchoring obligation according to UNI EN 1004.

NB The parapet and the base are previously galvanized and then painted with polyester powders for long-lasting protection against rust.

Elements compositions:

  • Base m.2,00x1,10: The base is made up of 4 swivel wheels with 200Ø brake driven on a square structure + 2 horizontal connection squares.
  • Riser / span: the risers are made up of 2 shoulders + 2 horizontal beams and 4 diagonal braces.
  • Terminal: the parapet is made up of 2 lateral shoulders + 2 horizontal terminals and 4 diagonal braces.
