The PROFESSIONAL METAL 6 scaffolding is suitable for professionals who need to carry out façade or similar refurbishment works at elevated heights and not but with maximum safety and stability. It is entirely made of electrolytically galvanized steel with steps and horizontal tubes in 40x15x1.5 tubular 40x1.5 cm columns with 48x3 and diagonal galvanized steel joints of 20x1.5. The scaffolding has a base dimension of 2.00X1.10 m and has a footprint that varies from 2.70 m to a maximum of 18.30 m. anchored to the wall or to a fixed structure. The base is composed of 4 swivel wheels with parking brake, the core of the wheel is made of steel and the outside is made of rubber to facilitate movement.
Unlike the M5 model which may seem similar to the metal scaffolding 6 and which is structurally heavier in terms of weight but not excessively in fact the risers are shorter (risers are 1.20 m) so they are simpler and easier to assemble and the horizontal ones are double instead of singles like the Metal 5. So the metal 6 model scaffolding is aimed at those who look for the strength of the past in the articles and that today are no longer found.

The Parapet and the base are previously galvanized and subsequently painted with polyester powders for a protection against rust that lasts over time

Elements compositions:

  • Base 2.00x1.14: The base is made up of 4 swivel castors with a Ø 200 brake mounted on a 50x50 mm square structure + 2 horizontal connections.

  • Riser: the risers are composed of 2 shoulders + 2 horizontal connections and 4 bracing diagonals.

  • Terminal: the parapet is composed of 2 side posts + 2 horizontal ends and 4 bracing diagonals.
