Anti-crushing wheels

The Scaffold METAL8 is supplied with 4 high-capacity nylon Ø 200 mm wheels and neoprene protection and all with revolving axle with brake. The wheels with these features make it possible to avoid the crushing of normal rubber wheels when subjected to non-indifferent loads, in addition the neoprene coating protects valuable floors from scratches or stains that normal rubber wheels release.

Completely removable base

The base of the scaffolding Metal 8 is quickly assembled from 4 pieces in a single piece, this allows a transport and a simple storage of little bulk. The base has been built to give maximum stability to the scaffolding and has a double protection against wear as it is first galvanized and then epoxy powder coated.

Double horizontal bar

The METAL6 / 8 scaffolding towers are built bearing in mind the maximum stability and safety for this reason they have double horizontal bars connected in turn to each other. Sturdiness is one of the main points of the Metal6 and Metal8 Professional scaffolding to work comfortably and safely even in height

Reference Regulations

The Schaffold Metal 8 has as reference two regulations both in force in the Italian territory, the Legislative Decree 81/2008 and refers to the indications of scope of the European Standard UNI EN 1004. WATER-REPELLENT NON-SLIP WORKTOP

Anti-slip working platform 250X96 cm.
The worktop is constructed with a galvanized iron frame and the top and in non-slip treated wood, the car play plywood is treated to withstand the elements (water, humidity, etc.). The top is extremely light and facilitates assembly and dismantling the scaffolding platform

Security lock

All the worktops of the professional scaffolding are equipped with a safety anti-wind hook, once the top has been positioned on the desired height it will be sufficient to move the hook down to make the worktop safe from accidental releases.

Collar Stabilizing Rods

The stabilizing rods are blocked by a double joint with quick coupling / release, this allows a total block of the element and consequently an extreme stability to the scaffolding. To move the scaffolding, simply release the joint slightly and lift the rod.

Quick coupling pin

Locking of the risers is via diagonals, which are hooked through the pin with cascade lever, this system allows the assembly / disassembly of the scaffolding in a very short time and in an extremely easy way. The cascade lever allows a secure attachment of the diagonals.

Lame for Jumps and Stairs

The lame can be adjusted every 20 cm and has a minimum overhang of 20 cm and a maximum of 120 cm. this allows the scaffolding to be positioned on ladders, overhangs, etc. The lame can be mounted on the scaffold both on the short side and on the long side. Predisposition for mounting the wheels.
