Anti-crushing wheels

The METAL8 scaffolding is supplied with 4 swivel castors with a Ø 200 mm high-capacity nylon brake and neoprene protection. The wheels with these characteristics allow to avoid the crushing of the normal rubber wheels when subjected to not indifferent loads, in addition the neoprene coating protects precious floors from scratches or stains that the normal rubber wheels release.

Fully removable base

The base of the Metal 8 scaffolding can be quickly assembled from 4 pieces in a single piece, this allows for simple and space-saving transport and storage. The base was built to give maximum stability to the scaffold and has a double protection against wear as it is first galvanized and then painted with epoxy powders.

Horizontal double bar

The METAL6 / 8 scaffolding are built with maximum stability and safety in mind, for this reason they have double horizontal bars connected in turn. Sturdiness is one of the main points of the Metal6 and Metal8 Professional scaffolding to work comfortably and safely even at height

Reference Regulations

The Scaffolding Metal 8 has two standards as reference both in force in the Italian territory, the DLG 81/2008 and refers to the indications of the scope of the European Standard UNI EN 1004. Work surface anti slip

The worktop is built with a galvanized iron frame and the top is in non-slip treated wood, the car play multilayer wood is treated to withstand bad weather (water, humidity etc.). The top is extremely light and facilitates assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding.

Security lock

All the Worktops of professional scaffolding are equipped with an anti-wind safety hook.Once the worktop is positioned at the desired height, with a rapid movement, just lower the hook to secure the worktop from any accidental release.

Stabilizing Rods Collar

The stabilizing rods are blocked by means of a double joint with fast coupling / release, this allows total blocking of the element and consequently extreme stability to the scaffold. To move the scaffolding just release the joint slightly and lift the rod.

Quick coupling pin

The lifting of the risers takes place through diagonals, which are hooked by means of the pin with cascade lever, this system allows the scaffolding to be assembled / disassembled in a very short time and in an extremely easy way. The waterfall lever allows a secure connection of the diagonals.

Lame for overhangs and stairs

The lame can be adjusted every 20 cm and has a minimum overhang of 20 cm and a maximum of 120 cm. this allows the scaffolding to be positioned on stairs, overhangs, etc. The lame can be mounted on the scaffolding on both the short and long sides. Predisposition for mounting the wheels.
