Self-braking iron pulley with neopropylene rollers equipped with a rope locking device that intervenes in the ascent of materials or in the descent. The pulley blocks the rope if the operator accidentally gets out of hand. The pulley is equipped with a clamp that attaches to all the tubulars for scaffolding with a diameter of 48.3 mm
