Genius is a unique and revolutionary aluminum tunnel, extremely easy and quick to assemble, very impact resistant, compact and light. It only takes a few seconds to open it and adjust it. With the genius aluminum tunnel, different combinations of paths can be created based on the type of use and thanks to the anchoring rails on the four sides of the modules in
aluminum. The tunnel structure is made entirely of ultra-resistant and light aluminum, plus it is coated with alveolar polycarbonate to better absorb the impact with small objects fallen from above. The four uprights that support the structure are telescopic and inside they hide an advanced and patented system for their height adjustment. LOAD TESTS
Pressure test performed with a total load of 600 kg. At the end of the test, which lasted about 2 days, no damage or injury was found on the structure. The pressure tests performed are aimed at certifying the extreme solidity of the roof, specifying that the pedestrian tunnels are not however designed to be walked on.
 
 Free fall laboratory test with weight of 50 kg.
