MOTORIZED RETRACTABLE LADDERS

Mobile structure made of white painted 15/10 stamped sheet. The mobile structure is joined by steel pins which allow a fluid and precise movement.

To facilitate the ascent and descent, a double galvanized telescopic handrail is provided and oversized landing handles are provided to facilitate the exit to the upper floor. The hatch consists of a 15 mm plywood panel of first choice with minimal formaldehyde emission (class E1 UNI EN 13986: 2005 standard).

The motorized and insulated retractable ladder for the attic is certified according to UNI EN 14975: 2007, guarantees a capacity of 150 kg as tested with a static test load of 260 kg and is shipped completely assembled and ready to be installed.

Thanks to the electric motor (220 Vac - 240 W), opening and closing the staircase is made easier and safer. There is also a motor release screw for manual opening in the event of a power failure.

The radio control supplied with the ladder allows remote opening and closing in seconds and without any effort.

The motorized and insulated electric retractable ladder is the only one to have a double insulation system.
The first is represented by the box hatch, made of a first choice poplar plywood panel with minimal formaldehyde emission (class E1 standard UNI EN 13986: 2005) covered with a material with a high rate of thermal insulation to prevent recirculation of hot-cold air through the attic.
The second thermal insulation system is guaranteed by the "Termocover" accessory, a sort of 'hood' designed and patented that further isolates the lower floor from the upper one.

Thanks to this double insulation system, it is thus possible to obtain an overall certified insulation value of U = 1.1 W / m2K, which allows you to maximize the energy savings of the house where the insulated staircase is installed.
