Scaffold prof. METAL 6 Mt 14.30 h. Working

The Metal 6 scaffold designed and built for professionals and to carry out painting or renovation works at elevated heights with maximum safety and stability. The  scaffolding is made of galvanized iron with steps and horizontal tubes in rectangular 40x15x1.5 mm tubular steel. The posts of the side shoulders are 40x1.5 mm. with horizontal round tubes of 48x3 mm round tubes. The diagonals that form the bracing between the risers are hot-galvanized 20x1.5. The basic dimensions of the scaffold model M6 are 2.00X1.10 m and it has a footprint that varies from 2.70 m to a maximum of 18.30 m. Anchored) The base is made up of 4 pioretto wheels with parking brake and has the possibility of inserting the levelers / stabilizers (included in the price) that level and stabilize the scaffolding where the ground is uneven. The scaffolding m6 has a more robust and heavier structure compared to other scaffolding but this does not involve greater efforts in assembly because the risers being from mt. 1.20 are shorter than standard scaffolds therefore simpler and easier to assemble, the horizontal ones are double rather than single like most professional scaffolding and this doubles the stability. The Parapet and the base are previously galvanized and subsequently painted with polyester powders for a protection against rust that lasts over time

Elements compositions:

• Base 2.00x1.14: The base is made up of 4 swivel castors with a Ø 200 brake mounted on a 50x50 mm square structure + 2 horizontal connections.

• Riser: the risers are composed of 2 shoulders + 2 horizontal connections and 4 bracing diagonals.

• Terminal: the parapet is composed of 2 side posts + 2 horizontal ends and 4 bracing diagonals.
